Absolutely! If you are looking for many walks a month or a regular walking schedule, a monthly package would be perfect for you! Check out our options HERE and join the pack!

If you already have a package, that means you already signed-up for an account. You can simply schedule your walks on your TimeToPete account and your package will be automatically applied, you won’t have any pending invoices. If you schedule more than your package allowance, you’ll have to pay the extra walks at their individual price.

Log In to Your Client Portal:
Access your Time To Pet client portal using your email and password.Schedule Extra Walks:
Go to the “Schedule” or “Book Services” section in your portal.
Select the date(s) and time(s) you’d like to add walks for, and choose the type of walk (e.g., 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or Going with the Flow).
Follow the prompts to confirm your booking.
Payment for Extra Walks:
Additional walks are charged at the standard non-membership rate for that service.
Payment will be processed automatically using the payment method you’ve set up in your account.
Walk Confirmation:
Once your request is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of the additional walk(s).
You can also check the status of your bookings in your portal.
Recurring Add-Ons:
If you frequently need extra walks, consider upgrading your membership for more included walks at a discounted rate. Contact us if you’d like assistance switching packages.

Access Your Client Portal:
Log in to your Time To Pet client portal using the email and password associated with your account.Navigate to the Membership Section:
Once logged in, go to the “Memberships” or “Billing” section in your portal. This is where all your active memberships are listed.Request Cancellation:
If the platform allows direct cancellation: Look for the option to “Cancel Membership” next to your active plan, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
If cancellation requires contacting us: Simply send us a cancellation request through the messaging feature in your portal or email us directly at info@alaskaspack.com
Cancellation Terms:
Notice Period: We kindly ask for 7 days notice before the next billing cycle to ensure the cancellation is processed on time.
Final Charges: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of the current period, and no further charges will apply.
Confirmation of Cancellation:
Once your cancellation request has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This ensures your membership will not renew in the next billing cycle.

If the platform allows self-service changes:
Look for the option to modify your membership, and select the new package (e.g., upgrading from Basic to Silver or changing the walk type). Follow the prompts to confirm the change.If changes require contacting us:
Message us directly through the platform or email us at info@alaskaspck.com with your desired package and start date.
Effective Date of Changes:
Package changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure a smooth transition.
If you need immediate changes, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Adjusted Billing:
Upgrading Your Package: If you upgrade to a higher package, the difference in cost will be prorated (if applicable) and added to your next invoice.
Downgrading Your Package: If you downgrade, the new, lower rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle.
Confirmation:
After your change request is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your new package and its start date.

Setting Up Payment:
During your first booking, you’ll be prompted to set up your payment method securely through the Time To Pet platform.
You can choose to pay with a credit card or via ACH (bank transfer), depending on what works best for you.
Automatic Payments:
Once your payment method is set up, payments will be processed automatically based on the services you schedule.
For memberships (e.g., Basic, Silver, or Gold), payment is charged monthly on the same date, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Pay-As-You-Go Options:
If you’re booking individual services (outside of memberships), payment will be charged at the time of scheduling or after each service is completed, depending on your preferences.
Secure and Transparent:
Time To Pet uses a secure payment processor to protect your financial information.
You’ll receive an email receipt after every payment, so you always know exactly what you’ve been charged for.
Viewing Invoices:
You can access your invoices and payment history directly in your client portal under the "Invoices" or "Billing" section. This ensures full transparency and easy tracking of your services.
Flexibility to Update Payment Info:
Need to update your payment method? You can easily make changes in your client portal under "Payment Settings."
Membership Cancellations or Adjustments:
If you need to adjust or cancel your membership, just let us know before your next billing cycle, and we’ll handle the rest.

If you haven't already added your dogs, go to the "My Pets" or "Pets" section in the portal and add all of your dogs with their details.Booking Walks for Multiple Dogs:
Once your dogs are added, you can book walks for each one individually. Simply select the dog(s) you want to book walks for and choose the date, time, and type of walk.
If you’re booking for more than one dog, make sure to select the appropriate options for each dog’s specific needs.
Note: Depending on your membership or service, you may be eligible for discounts for walking multiple dogs at once, or we may recommend scheduling separate walks for safety and comfort.
Pricing for Multiple Dogs:
If you book multiple dogs for the same walk, we will apply the pricing structure for each dog (+$15 per additional dog).
Confirming the Walks:
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing the walks for each of your dogs. You can also check the status of your booking in your portal.Multiple Dogs in Memberships:
If you have a membership, the same rules apply: each dog’s walk will be charged according to your membership type, and additional walks outside of the membership will be charged at the standard rate.

If your dog is very young, has special needs, or gets cold easily during winter, we recommend the 30-minute Going with the Flow walk service. This service is designed to accommodate dogs who may need a more flexible and gentle experience. Here's how it works:
For Young Puppies
Why it's beneficial: Puppies are still learning how to walk and need more breaks, a slower pace, and lots of extra care. The Going with the Flow walk allows for this flexibility, giving your puppy a chance to explore at their own pace.
What's included: These walks involve playtime, cuddles, and basic training or enrichment activities when they get tired, helping your puppy build confidence and enjoy their time outside in a comfortable, stress-free way.
For Disabled or Special Needs Dogs
Why it's beneficial: Special needs dogs may have mobility limitations or require more gentle handling. The Going with the Flow service ensures that the walk is adapted to their energy levels and physical capabilities.
What's included: We focus on shorter, more manageable walks, offering breaks as needed. The rest of the time is spent indoors with activities that stimulate their mind, such as playing with toys, cuddling, or gentle stretches. This approach prioritizes comfort and well-being.
For Dogs Sensitive to Cold Weather
Why it's beneficial: In winter, some dogs, especially those with thinner coats, struggle to stay warm during walks. Going with the Flow ensures your dog gets their walk but with a focus on their comfort.
What's included: The walk is tailored to the amount of time your dog can handle in the cold, with plenty of indoor time to warm up afterward. We make sure to choose safe, warm locations and limit exposure to the cold.

4 sessions per month: $115/month

When you request an account, it should take a few minutes/few hours before receiving an email to activate your account and create your password. Once your password is created, you can log in and access all features!
